Is it secure to shop online at Americaware?
Once you login to your account, your session will be secure.  You can also look at the URL and see that it has the secure “s” after the “http”.  With website security, if the URL address begins with “https” (instead of just “http”) it means the website is secured using an SSL Certificate (the s stands for secure). SSL Certificates secure all of your data as it is passed from your browser to the website’s server.
Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box address?
Yes, but only when you use the Smart Post shipping method. FedEx cannot deliver to USPS post office boxes.
How will my order be sent?
We ship all of our packages via FedEx, however you can choose the speed of service when you place your order. Smart Post being the slowest (and cheapest) method, all the way up to FedEx overnight. Rates will vary by method, weight, and distance. Fed Ex controls all of the shipping rates.
What is the shipping status of my current order?
FedEx's automated system sends our customers an E-Mail with a tracking number once a package has been shipped (within three business days of placing the order). Customers can then go to to track their package at any time.
Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
No we cannot ship outside of the continental United States due to shipping limitations and costs.
Do you ship outside the US?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside the U.S.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders will ship within three business days. We do not ship on Weekends.

How are defective orders like damaged or broken items handled?
Americaware will gladly replace any and all damaged products at no cost. However damaged reports must be made within 4 business days of package delivery. To report a damage Email [email protected] or call customer support at (800) 854-1652. Replacements will be shipped within 3 business days of your claim.
What are your business hours?
We are open Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm Pacific Standard Time. Our automated system can take a message 24/7, and your call will be returned the next business day.
Will I receive a confirmation email after placing an order?
Yes, however some people may have our automated E-Mail sent into their spam folders. Be sure to check Bulk, and Spam folders for your Americaware E-Mail.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Sorry we cannot accept online services such as Paypal or online checks.
Do you charge shipping & handling?
We only charging shipping. As we our partnered with FedEx, the shipping rates are controlled by the FedEx system and include handling costs..
What are the available shipping methods?
All shipping methods are via FedEx and are available as, Ground, SmartPost, Next Day Air, 2-Day Air
What is FedEx Smartpost?
FedEx Smartpost is a service provided by FedEx in which they ship your package via FedEx Ground to your nearest Post Office distribution center, from there your package will be delivered to you via United States Postal Service. While this shipping method may take longer to reach you, it is also typically the least expensive shipping method we can offer.
What should I do if something is missing from my order?
Call customer support at (800) 854-1652 or email at [email protected] Americaware will send out any missing items within 3 business days at no additional shipping cost to you. As with damages, missing merchandise must be reported within 4 business days of order receipt.
What is your returns policy?
All Americaware sales are final. While we are glad to replace any defective or damage products you may receive, we do not accept returned items. If there is a problem with your order, such as defective, damaged or missing items, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-854-1652, or E-Mail [email protected] and we will be happy to send out a replacement at no charge. Most replacements ship within 3 business days.
