Shipping and Returns Policy
All shipping methods are via FedEx and are available as, Ground, SmartPost, Next Day Air, 2-Day Air. The shipping rates are controlled by the FedEx system and include handling costs.
FedEx Smartpost is a service provided by FedEx in which they ship your package via FedEx Ground to your nearest Post Office distribution center, from there your package will be delivered to you via United States Postal Service. While this shipping method may take longer to reach you, it is also typically the least expensive shipping method we can offer.
Most orders will ship within three business days. We do not ship on Weekends.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside the U.S. And shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may be limited by area.
Americaware will gladly replace any and all damaged products at no cost. However damaged reports must be made within 4 business days of package delivery. To report a damage Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call customer support at (800) 854-1652. Replacements will be shipped within 3 business days of your claim.
All Americaware sales are final. While we are glad to replace any defective or damage products you may receive, we do not accept returned items. If there is a problem with your order, such as defective, damaged or missing items, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-854-1652, or E-Mail Jake@americaware.com and we will be happy to send out a replacement at no charge. Most replacements ship within 3 business days.
